NGO’s Payment Liability

The NGOs can enjoy free services from NGO Fundraisers on the following :
-	Consultancy
-	Liaisioning activities
-	Preparation of project proposals
-	Presentation to Supporters Agencies
-	Follow up activities related to project proposals submitted through NGO Fundraisers
-	Wherever physical labour alone is required
-	Any other service which may arise at a later date
The following services are chargeable to NGOs :
-	Seminars, Workshops, Exhibitions, organized by NGO Fundraisers
-	Fund Raising Events, Charity Shows, Evening dinner with supporters
-	Advertisement of products in our website
-	Video Conferencing with Supporters Agencies
-	Virtual exhibitions
-	Promo Materials designed for the purpose of promoting the project
-	Professional fees to meet part of administrative expenses*
-	Any other service which may arise at a later date
*This fees will be built in the project proposals prepared by us and only if the grant is approved, the same may have to be paid otherwise, NGOs are not liable to make this payment. This fees paid will cover the cost of office administrative expenses like, rent, electricity, salaries for staff, stationeries, computer hire charges, honorarium to panel of experts, conveyance expenses of experts and other office expenses.
