Service Partners
The role of Service Partner is to act as our Branch Office in each State. We have filled up these Service Partners in Karnataka, Tamilnadu, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra and West Bengal. The vacancies are available in other States of India. Experienced personnel in Corporates for over 15 - 20 years, Businessmen, Professionals like Chartered Accountants, Advocates, etc. and who has an investment capacity of Rs. 5 lacs can apply for this position. This amount is taken as a Sign Up Fee which is non-refundable. What we assure these Service Partners is a return of Rs. 9 lacs per month on an average after the initial gestation period of six months. However, the investment of Rs. 5 lacs can be recovered by the Service Partners within 3 months, as they are likely to get sign up fee from Marketing Agencies, Consultantants and others.
Marketing Agency
Every Marketing Agency will be given one fundraising model and one NGO to work on. Any individual who has experience in the marketing field and good communication and administrative skills can apply. The Marketing Agency will be working under the guidance of Service Partner appointed for their respective State. However, if the State does not have a Service Partner, the Marketing Agency will report directly to the Head Office at Bangalore. To become our Marketing Agency, the individual has to invest a sum of Rs. 50,000 towards M.A. sign up fee which is non-refundable. What we assure these Marketing Agencies is a return of Rs. 50 - 75,000 p.m. on an average after the initial gestation period of six months. However, the initial investment of Rs. 50,000 can be recovered by the Marketing Agencies within 3 months, as they are likely to get sign up fee from Marketing Consultants and others.
Marketing Consultants
Almost similar role as that of an Agency excepting that the role is minimized to certain specific area and specific activity. The Marketing Consultants will be working under the guidance of Marketing Agency. Any individual who has good marketing skills and communication skills can apply for this position. To become our Marketing Consultant, the individual has to invest a sum of Rs. 25,000 towards M.C. Sign Up fee which is non-refundable. What we assure these marketing consultants is a return of Rs. 25,000 - Rs. 40,000 p.m. on an average after the initial gestation period of six months. However, the initial investment of Rs. 25,000 can be recovered by the Marketing Consultants within 3 months as they are likely to get sign up fee from individuals who prefer to work as Telecallers who are given the option of working from Home.
Social Workers
Social Workers are those who are given the option of working from their respective home. Any individual who has good communication and marketing skills can apply for this position. To become our Social Workers, the investment is Rs. 5000. For this investment, what we assure these Social Workers is a return of Rs. 7500 - Rs. 15000 if not more every month which depends on how much contributions they are able to raise.
Agency / Associate for Nutritious Meal Programme
The vision of one of the NGOs namely Manav Charities whom we are supporting is "No child should be left hungry". The organization started providing Nutritious food to children who are living in the slums of Bangalore. Having successfully implemented this programme in Bangalore, the organization has been able to identify partners in Mysore, Hubli, Bidar, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bhubaneswar, Kolkata. The organization is prepared to extend Nutritious Meal Programme to every single location in India. Agencies / Associates are welcome to approach us to take up this Agency. Any individual / businessman who has good administrative and communication skills can become our Associate by investing a sum of Rs. 25000 and work under our guidance. The expected assured return is Rs. 7500 and based on performance, incentives upto Rs. 10,000 p.m. can be given to this Associate.
